I offer specialist psychosexual therapy for individuals, partners and couples experiencing difficulties related to sex, intimacy, relationships and sexual behaviour.

My work has a particular focus on compulsive sexual behaviours, sex addiction, problematic pornography use, and distressing or difficult-to-manage sexual fantasies. I support people who feel caught in patterns they are struggling to change, especially where these behaviours are causing distress, secrecy, relationship difficulties, or negative consequences in daily life.

I also provide compassionate therapeutic support for partners affected by discovery or disclosure, and for couples or relationships trying to understand what has happened and decide how to move forward.

A central aim of my work is to help clients develop a healthier, more confident and more integrated relationship with their sexuality.
